Session description:​

This SupplySide Fresh session on legal and regulatory issues is focused on providing an overview of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulation of consumable products. We will cover the interplay of federal and state laws that affect supplements, food and beverages in the U.S. and the regulatory bodies that enforce those regulations.
