Trish is Executive director of Botanical Liaisons LLC, an ethnobotanical consulting firm providing botanical standards, honoring intellectual property rights, and development and implementation of quality assurance programs to the natural products industry, academicians, Native American Tribes and government agencies. Botanical is focused on sustainable supply of ingredients and developing programs and offering support to companies as they adopt sustainable practices that she has championed since 1995.

Trish has worked for Shaman Pharmaceuticals traveling the world to discovery economically valuable plants, while working within communities to create right livelihoods and sustainable supply chains. She was a Research botanist at Celestial Seasonings where she learned sensory testing and quality control. She resides on several scientific advisory boards to enhance sustainable supply changes and intellectual priority rights and reciprocity.
